Marvin and Rochelle Humes now into 7/2 to host the Gladiators reboot
The second reboot of hit show Gladiators has been announced by the BBC and bookies continue to give odds on who will host the show.
Marvin and Rochelle Humes are now 7/2 to host the reboot of the show with no presenters currently confirmed ahead of the reported May and June recording dates.
The married couple are currently hosts of BBC quiz show The Hit List on Saturday nights and the BBC could offer another show to them.
The show is set to air late in 2023 after a failed reboot of the show on Sky 1 back in 2008 and Betway have odds on the hosts.
Gladiator Reboot Presenters | Odds | Probability |
---|---|---|
Holly Willoughby and Freddie Flintoff | 5/2 | 28.6% |
Marvin and Rochelle Humes | 7/2 | 22.2% |
James Haskell and Chloe Madeley | 6/1 | 14.3% |
Isa Guha and Freddie Flintoff | 9/1 | 10.0% |
Alex Scott and Ian Wright | 10/1 | 9.1% |
Sadly John Fashanu and Ulrika Jonsson don't feature in the betting market to host the show again.
Marvin and Rochelle Humes are now second favourites to host the reboot of Gladiators with Holly Willoughby and Freddie Flintoff remaining the outright favourites to host. The latest odds give just a 6% difference in chance between the top two in the betting market!

Holly Willoughby and Freddie Flintoff remain the 5/2 favourites to host the show
Holly Willoughby and Freddie Flintoff remain the betting favourites to host the show at 5/2 with a 28% chance of doing so according to the odds.
Willoughby and Flintoff hosted The Games on ITV and were praised for their on screen chemistry according to reports in the Sun.
It may well be that the BBC want to repeat that and go with presenters that have previous history together.
Former Love Island star Wes Nelson is the 6/4 favourite to be a Gladiator in the new series
Former Love Island contestant turned singer Wes Nelson has a 40% chance of being one of the Gladiators in the reboot of the hit show according to the latest betting odds.
The odds suggest that it will be a whole host of famous names who are Gladiators in the reboot as actual Gladiators themselves with Betway running the market.
Second favourite Josh Herdman appeared on ITV show The Games as did Nelson and that is a recurring theme in this betting market.
Gladiators Reboot - To Be A Gladiator | Odds | Probability |
---|---|---|
Wes Nelson | 6/4 | 40.0% |
Josh Herdman | 7/2 | 22.2% |
Chelcee Grimes | 5/1 | 16.7% |
Lawrence Okoye | 6/1 | 14.3% |
Phoenix Gulzar-Brown | 6/1 | 14.3% |
Former Love Island star Wes Nelson remains the betting favourite to be a Gladiator in a reboot of the hit TV show! Bookies say there's a 40% chance that Nelson is one of the Gladiators in the upcoming series.
