Argentinian superstar Lionel Messi is the early favourite with UK Betting Sites to win the Golden Boot at this summer's Copa America with his country Argentina kicking off the tournament on Thursday, 20 June against Canada.
Messi and Argentina won the last Copa America in Brazil back in 2021 with the superstar forward crowned best player, alongside Neymar, on the way to captaining his country to success.
The Inter Miami man may well have moved to the MLS with this tournament and the World Cup in mind with the USA hosting both events this year and in 2026 respectively.
