Erling Haaland is now as short as 13/8 to win the Ballon d'Or award
Manchester City striker Erling Haaland is now 13/8 to win the Ballon d'Or award with his record-breaking season showing no signs of stopping.
Haaland was the biggest market mover to win the Ballon d'Or this time last month and his odds have shortened even further from the 5/1 he was back in March.
Bookmakers keep Haaland as the second favourite in the betting market but now give him a 38% chance of winning the Ballon d'Or award just behind Lionel Messi.
Kylian Mbappe is the top scorer in Ligue 1 this campaign with 22 goals and he sits in third place in the odds list for the 2023 Ballon d'Or award this year.
