This horse has shown a decent level of form in France and now with willie Mullins he looks a cut above the opposition in this race. Has won recently over hurdles and can record a comfortable victory in this contest

With the hot favourite & 3rd best trained by Willie Mullins & Gordon Elliott respectively, you could be forgiven for thinking of Cheltenham for a moment rather than Royal Ascot. I'm tentatively putting up Samui ew in the hope that this trip is the answer & Tuesday's race did not take too much out of him.

This race is 2 miles 5.5 furlongs so the first consideration should be 'will my selection stay '.t There are no gaurantees that any of the runners do.Dallas Star ran over 2 miles on his last outing and kept on one pace.This was in a listed race and was second to Kyprios 1.5 lengths previously and contested the Derby in 2024 so has class.I like his chances.

TROOPER BISDEE has at least an each-way squeak; after resuming to the track with an encouraging 5th to Manxman on return at Goodwood 4 weeks ago. He has won five times in nine runs (56%) on good-to-firm or similar going & has won six times in sixteen runs (38%) for trainer Sir Mark Prescott. One to watch.

The majority of the field will not stay that is not the case with Scottish Anthem. Poor run at Huntingdon where he was pulled up having gone off 15/8 favourite. At 66/1 is worth a bet gt placed with so many certain not to stay this trip

Despite having a lot to find on these terms, PARADOXICAL is now up significantly in trip after being well-held over 10 & 12 furlongs at Chester the last twice respectively. Jockey Warren Fentiman has placed six times in eight rides (75%) when aboard, winning four (50%) & Paradoxical has placed ten times in nineteen runs (53%) for trainer Jennie Candlish, winning six (32%). Lively outsider.
