This three time course and distance winner looks good tonight. He wore a visor for the first time last time at Carlisle and responded well to it. So now back at his favourite stomping ground, a good run can be expected.

Won well last time out and although he'll need to find a bit more improvement today, he usually follows up 1 good run with another so he's worth a look again today. This race doesn't look much tougher than his last.

The 6yo should be better for his return run two weeks ago, on fast ground and the majority of his rivals were rated 85+ and now facing rivals rated 65-75. He ran to a decent level in his final two starts last year, on slower ground, in class 3 and 2 handicap races while racing off an 8lb higher mark. He can be a big player at this class 5 level on easier ground.

Despite his age, Danzan has proved he retains his ability and looks a contender now dropping in grade, currently ten pounds below his last winning mark. A course and distance winner, he's drawn alongside several slow starters, so I’d expect him to lead or, at worst, secure a good early position, something that could prove crucial. He travelled well for a long way in both starts this term and has been dropped a further 2lb, so he looks a solid each-way player at around 7/1.

Mick and David Easterby have had a few winners in the last two weeks and Keep Warm looks likely to keep up the good work here. The four-year-old has won both his starts over today's C&D. He made his seasonal debut at Ayr in April over seven furlongs which should have put him right for this first start over six furlongs since the last of those wins.

Minnesota Lad does look to have an interesting profile here, and Tom Eaves is a good booking for this stable, in my opinion. Better chance than odds suggest.

Larchill Lass has been coming down in the handicap to a nice mark and is tried here in a first-time hood, so worth a bet at this price.

Just one win from 10 runs to date. So far this year, things are not going to plan, but only 2 runs this year and a better effort LTO at Nottingham last month. It should have a better chance with a dropped mark and drop down in class.
