Orange Sky is a chestnut filly by No Nay Never, trained by G Boughey and ridden by Jack Callan. Lightly raced with two wins from four starts, she is well suited by this trip, winning a handicap at Newmarket by 2 lengths off a mark of 80 last time. She is up 8lb to 88, which is a fair rise to me given her great progress. Her win rate is 50% and place rate 50%. She also has a 100% record over this distance and on similar going, which is extremely positive here. Stall 5 is a fair draw that should allow her to settle with the pace or just behind it. The pace looks good here, so she will likely race prominently and try to keep her position. If everything goes to plan, she is a solid win chance if handling the step up in class and extra weights added.

David Simcock trains this American Pharoah filly who won at Sandown when last seen twenty-eight days ago. She can show her substance once again with five pounds more, which sees her carrying this off distinction with her progressing.

An open race, and I’ll chance Rockin The Boat to improve for some quicker ground here. 3rd on debut behind horses now rated 104+ on quick ground provides hope that she will, and she shaped last time like she got to the front a bit too soon. Hopefully Levey can stay in touch and deliver her a bit later here as on that evidence a stiff mile might prove a problem, but this mark of 82 should be attainable in the right circumstances based on her best form. Whilst it’s a small field, a high draw is a plus to her chances.

Still looks progressive to me and should be capable of going well today. She needs to stay away from being boxed in from stall one but is firmly in the mix for a place, including first.

Queen Of Atlantis nearly won this last year and returned to a down-the-pack listed run in March. Interestingly, she did a similar run before this last year and is worth an EW chance, just 3 lbs heavier.
