Was a never nearer sixth over 19f at Clonmel two starts ago, having been given plenty to do but finishing really strongly. Went up to this sort of trip last time, which was expected to suit, but she failed to justify good market support. Hopefully she can bounce back and feature.

Norman Lee's 5-year-old grey mare is an intriguing outsider stepping into handicap company over jumps. She hasn't set the world on fire in maiden hurdles, but she showed a hint of promise when keeping on for a mid-pack seventh over three miles at Kilbeggan last month. The assessor has handed her an opening handicap hurdle mark of 81, which looks incredibly workable compared to some of her unexposed rivals. This looks like a long-term project type, but at a massive 16/1 price tag, she is a lively each-way sleeper if the stamina test at Ballinrobe brings out some typical Jukebox Jury progression.

Toor Moon is not entirely without hope here. He's been a consistent placer in handicaps, including a couple of seconds over fences, and has been runner-up on all three of his chase starts so far, so there's clearly ability there if he can put it together. He's effective around 2m4f on any ground, and while he's still a maiden, he's picked up a fair few places in this grade from a very similar mark. With a low weight and a 7 lb claim he's nicely treated on paper, so he could sneak into the frame here.

50-1 might be a slightly big call on Rushford whose small stable of Thomas R Hughes had a 50-1 second in a similar race with their last runner. Comes here from some poor recent efforts on the Flat but looks fit enough (made late headway last time) and perhaps 2m6f hurdling will play more to his staying pedigree. Won a couple of races when age 3 for Mark Prescott over lengthy trips. Harry Sexton claims a useful 7lbs allowance. OR90 is 7lbs lower than when last seen in this sphere anyway. 12 days since last Flat outing. Decent race for this level but 7yo Rushford is of minor interest.
