Epinephrine is entered on chase debut here for Venetia Williams. Smart winner at Kempton back in February over hurdles, beating the useful Sweet Caryline. Disappointing since, but interesting on the second start this season for a yard that can get one ready.

Slightly intriguing. October Hill makes his first start for David Pipe after leaving Colin Bowe (Ireland). He showed modest ability and will have to improve considerably to get involved. Rian Corcoran (SR 43%) rides without the usual jockeys' allowance.

Harry Derham has found Brentford Hope hard to beat since he won three on the bounce in spring 2024 before running second to Constitution Hill at Grade 2 level in January this year. He has run well since and put in a good effort in probably a stronger race at Cheltenham last time. The former course-and-distance winner has had his rating dropped five pounds prior to this start, and Megan Fox again claims seven pounds allowance. Good chance of scoring.

Dirty Den is very capable at this level. Solid form figures of 12322 prior to a below-par effort last time (hood refitted now). 2m 3f on good ground should suit. Has run second here before.

Second start back following a short break for Must Be Ten, who ran a little green last time. Callum Shepherd (SR 26%) takes the ride for Jamie Osborne. Well drawn in stall 5 and sticks to six furlongs. Chance.

Not a strong race, with little good form on offer, so a chance is taken on the outsider Peas and Queues. Blinkers are applied for this second start. Massaat filly trained by J.S. Moore and ridden by Rob Hornby ran too free on debut at Kempton, but that was six weeks ago now.
