Jenny Eclair and Mae Martin are the joint favourites to win the upcoming season of Taskmaster

The new season of Taskmaster is fast approaching and betting sites have odds for who will win the show with five more celebrities taking part.

The popular Channel 4 show sees a group of five celebrities attempt to do a series of random challenges in which Greg Davies and Alex Horne judge them on.

Horne created the show for the Edinburgh Fringe back in 2010 before it was picked up by TV channel Dave, with Channel 4 then acquiring the show due to it's massive popularity.

15 seasons into the show we now see another five celebrities going against each other to win with Jenny Eclair and Mae Martin the joint favourites to win at 2/1.

Scottish comedian Frankie Boyle is arguably the biggest name on this year's show and bookies have made him the 3/1 second favourite to win the series.

With just over 2.7m followers on Twitter Boyle's popularity will have no influence over how well he'll do on Taskmaster.

When and where can I watch Taskmaster Series 15?

Taskmaster Series 15 is heading to our television screens imminently with the new season of the show starting next week!

Channel 4 announced that series 15 of the popular show will be airing on Channel 4 at 9pm on Thursday, March 30.

The broadcaster also announced that Taskmaster will be on television screens for another three years with SIX further seasons being commissioned.
