Former favourite Julian Nagelsmann failed to come to an agreement
Julian Nagelsmann was long the favourite to become the next Tottenham boss but various reports last week suggested that this won't be the case now.
Sky Sports reported on Friday that Spurs did not meet him and no meeting is scheduled to take place between the club and the manager.
Other reports though including in the Evening Standard say that Nagelsmann was concerned about Spurs lack of a sporting director.
