Neil Warnock also features in the odds to make a return to Rotherham, with a short spell at the club back in 2016 seeing him manage the side to safety in the Championship.

Matt Taylor was sacked on Monday following 5-0 defeat to Watford at the weekend

Rotherham United decided to part ways with Matt Taylor on Monday morning after a 5-0 loss to Watford at the weekend saw the club left in 22nd in the Championship.

Taylor had been at the club as manager for 13 months after leaving Exeter City but just 2 wins from their opening 16 league game this season has seen them slump in the table.

Millers chairman Tony Stewart said in the club's statement that he "felt by myself and the board that we had to act now by making a managerial change in order to give ourselves the best possible chance of retaining our Championship status this season."
