Ryan Lowe left his role as Preston manager by mutual consent
Preston North End announced on Monday morning that manager Ryan Lowe had left his role by mutual consent after just one game of the season.
Preston were booed off the pitch on Friday evening after losing 2-0 in their opening game against Sheffield United and that defeat was ultimately Lowe's final game in charge.
Lowe has been as the club since December 2021 and leaves his side on the eve of their EFL Cup First Round game at home to Sunderland on Tuesday evening.
