Brady resigned from his role as Northampton boss on Thursday

Thursday morning saw the confirmation of Jon Brady's resignation as Northampton Town manager after nearly four years in charge and more than 200 games.

The 49-year-old Aussie took over the Cobblers back in February 2021 and more than three years on he decided to step down after their 2-0 defeat to Stevenage saw them drop into the League One relegation zone.

Brady had successful spell in charge of Northampton including promotion from League Two before the club's highest league finish in 15 years last season.
