Stephen Bradley is the early favourite to take over as Lincoln City manager
Betting is now open on who will be the next Lincoln City manager following Mark Kennedy's dismissal on Wednesday with UK Betting Sites having a full market up.
Next Lincoln City Manager | Odds | Probability |
---|---|---|
Stephen Bradley | 4/5 | 55.6% |
Danny Cowley | 7/4 | 36.4% |
Steve Cotterill | 8/1 | 11.1% |
Damien Duff | 10/1 | 9.1% |
Karl Robinson | 16/1 | 5.9% |
Shamrock Rovers manager Stephen Bradley is the early favourite at 4/5 to take over at Lincoln City with the early market putting him at the top of the odds.
With just four games left until the end of the League of Ireland season, Shamrock Rovers are 4 points clear at the top of the table and on their way to winning 4 titles in-a-row.
BetVictor though now have Bradley odds-on to leave Rovers and take over at Lincoln next but the timing might just be wrong for that to happen.
It could well be that Bradley will see out the season with Shamrock Rovers before taking over at Lincoln but that all depends on what the Lincoln board would want.

Danny Cowley close second favourite to make a return to the club
Following Mark Kennedy's departure from Sincil Bank on Wednesday it was former Lincoln City manager Danny Cowley who was instantly linked with a return to the club.
Cowley has been without a club since leaving Portsmouth back in January and 10 months on he may well make a return to football with his former club.
Danny, along with his brother Nicky, made their name at Lincoln with their three year spell including an FA Cup run that saw them become the first non-league side in over a century to reach the FA Cup Quarter-Final.

Lincoln now 9/1 to be relegated from League One this season
Further betting markets around Lincoln City include the League One relegation market which sees the Imps at 9/1 to go down to League Two this season.
Their start to the season sees them sat in 16th place in the table with a comfortable gap off the drop-zone already this year with Fleetwood, Reading, Wigan and Cheltenham already looking in trouble.
Lincoln are 7 points off the relegation zone with that gap being a decent safety net for whoever comes into the position in the coming days or weeks.
The promotion market this year sees the Imps already out to 33/1 to go up at the end of the season with a tiny chance of doing so according to bookmakers.
