Fleetwood looking for manager following the dismissal of Scott Brown on Sunday

Fleetwood Town sacked Scott Brown as manager on Sunday after a poor start to the season saw them gain just 1 point from their first 6 games of the League One Season.

The Cod Army lost once again on Saturday against managerless Charlton Athletic and that was seemingly the final nail in the coffin for Brown's tenure at the club.

Fleetwood's statement issued on Sunday highlighted that poor run saying, "Following a difficult run of results the club reluctantly felt now is the right time to make a change to the first team management."
