England U21s won the European Championships on Sunday in a dramatic win against Spain

England's U21 side won the European Under-21 Championship for the first time in 39 years on Sunday after what was a dramatic game against Spain.

England ran out 1-0 winners thanks to a Cole Palmer free-kick that deflected off Curtis Jones but that doesn't tell the full story of the game in which James Trafford became a hero.

Trafford is the goalkeeper for England and he saved a 99th minute penalty before another fantastic stop on the follow up shot which ended up winning the match for England.
