Siempre Arturo is in stall number 4, rated 88, which looks fair given his solid course record of one win and one place from three runs, plus a place from one course and distance run. He finished fifth last time over 10f at York on a wide trip but placed here before. Trainer D. Kubler and top jockey Jim Crowley combine well, and he has a 40% win rate on similar surfaces. Back at a suitable trip with 20 days since the last run, he should track the pace well, and he should be thereabouts at the end.

Runner-up over half a furlong further at Chester at the end of May when last seen, but won over course and distance in the race subsequent to that. Just 4 pounds higher than that course and distance win, and the runner-up has won since too, to boost the form.

Won a 0-95 over course and distance last September off 86. Comes here off 89, down in grade. Can put a line through reappearance run last time, having no luck in running. Worth an e/w bet in this grade.

Backing Incensed, the 4-year-old Ulysses filly now trained by Amanda Perrett, in tomorrow’s 12f Class 3 Kempton Handicap (6:58 GMT). She returns off a solid reappearance outing at Sandown on June 13, where she finished 5th of 8 over 1m 1f??'the first run since her transfer from Andrew Balding and a near 9-month break, marking her as race-sharp and building . Her profile shines more brightly in the all-weather sphere: she’s already notched an AW win in September 2024 at Kempton over this same 1m 3f 219y trip, scoring by an impressive 4 lengths . That effort showcases her ability to handle the Kempton surface and suggests she’s well-suited returning to this course and trip. Stepping back into Class 3 company, she looks well-treated on a mark of 83, especially now on her favoured AW surface, with fitness and confidence under the belt. Expect her to settle in midfield before delivering a telling move in the final furlong. With trainer Amanda Perrett finding form and the race shaping up to suit a proven AW performer, she offers solid each-way value in a competitive field.

I thought this one looked a touch overpriced, having been far from disgraced on seasonal return. That race knits a few of this together, and whilst he’s got some work to do to turn around the form, all bar one horse was coming into that with at least a run under their belt. This horse wasn’t able to get as forward perhaps as he’d like, and in stall 1 here, his chance may be over if he doesn’t break well. A lack of an out-and-out front runner in the race should make that easier for him, you’d hope. A 2lb drop for that reappearance looks a fair gift to me if he can get out and dominate the pace, which is clearly no given in a big field.

Flash Bardot has previously run well fresh. Ready winner of a Class 3 handicap over 1m4f on seasonal debut last year from OR85. Rose Dawes claims 5lbs off of the 87 rating this year. Trainer Jack Channon (SR 42%) in strong form currently and jockey rode a winner from last two rides. The 5yo mare still looks well handicapped. Continued to progress last season. This may be a slightly delayed return and it's a hot race but got to be respected. Good all weather form.

Way of Life is interesting, receiving weight all around over a course and distance that is proven to suit. Form lines are encouraging too, so at these odds, I think this horse represents good each-way value, ridden by a jockey that has gotten results with him before.
