QUEENS PALACE is a filly with an Ausdtralian sire who has been showing up well this season. She steps back up to seven furlongs ahead of just her second handicap start and she should be open to at least enough progress to have a say in this modest company.

This horse makes her debut on turf today so there's question marks about this surface but, there is some hope based on pedigree and she's very unexposed compared to a few of the opponents. It is a risky tip, the good odds are the main reason for this small each-way tip but it does look like an ideal race for her turf debut, it's not the strongest looking race.

No show Lto, but stable debut on prior run was not totally devoid of promise and they did come 2nd in a nursery for R. Fell last season in a similar grade race off 53. Goes off 48 here so nicely treated in the race, pieces of first time today, under used jockey up and in hands of a very shrewd trainer who knows the time of day with his horses, making current 33/1 worth Ew consideration here.
