Paul Waugh is Labour Co-op candidate and is favourite to win in the Rochdale constituency
Paul Waugh is a political journalist who is going up for the Rochdale seat at the polls next month for the Labour party after previously applying to stand in the February by-election.
Waugh though missed out to Azhar Ali but he then lost support from the party over comments made around Israel and the Hamas attacks.
The journalist is now running for the party in his hometown of Rochdale and the latest odds put him odds-on at 8/15 to win the seat at the upcoming election.
