Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers is the 6/5 favourite to leave his role next

Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers is the bookmakers favourite to be the next manager to be sacked in the Premier League after the Foxes woes continue.

Rodgers was odds on last week to go at 1/2 but after Scott Parker's dismissal, his odds have drifted slightly to odds against at 6/5.

The Premier League table currently sees Leicester sitting rock bottom on 1 point and Rodgers will have to turn their fortunes around quickly if he wants to stay at the club.

Brendan Rodgers 6/5 45.5%
Steven Gerrard 2/1 33.3%
Frank Lampard 6/1 14.3%
Ralph Hasenhuttl 9/1 10.0%

Aston Villa manager Steven Gerrard is another Premier League manager who is under pressure and at odds of 2/1 he could well be the next manager to leave this season.

Villa were expecting to be in and around European contention this season but their poor start to the campaign will harm their chances.

Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers is now 6/5 to be the next Premier League manager to leave this season following Scott Parker's dismissal earlier this week.

Scott Parker's shock dismissal may well start a managerial merry-go-round in the Premier League

Scott Parker was sacked by Bournemouth on Monday after his side was thumped 9-0 by Liverpool at the weekend.

According to reports, the defeat wasn't actually the reason which the Bournemouth hierarchy relieved Parker of his duties.

Parker's comments after the match were deemed unacceptable, stating “I feel sorry for the players because we are ill‑equipped at this level.”
