Robinson was axed by Burton after seven consecutive defeats

Robinson's dismissal at Burton was confirmed on Wednesday morning after the Brewers were beaten at home to Wycombe on Tuesday evening.

That defeat now sees them bottom of League One on 4 points and 7 points off 20th place Leyton Orient as they look to be deep in the relegation battle already.

Whoever comes in as Robinson's replacement already has a massive task on their hands to turn Burton's fortunes around and to kickstart their season once again.
