Czeslaw Michniewicz is backed into 6/1 third favourite to be the new Aberdeen manager
Former Poland national team manager Czeslaw Michniewicz has been backed into 6/1 to manage Aberdeen with bookies slashing his odds in the past 48 hours.
Michniewicz led Poland to the knockout stages of the 2022 World Cup but controversial arguments over bonuses resulted in him leaving the job at the end of the year.
The Polish manager has been linked with the Aberdeen job during this week and BetVictor now make him the third favourite to take over at the Dons.

6/1 | 14.3% |
Neil Lennon | 6/1 | 14.3% |
Former Celtic and Hibernian manager Neil Lennon is alongside Michniewicz in the betting market with odds of 14% to take over Aberdeen.
Lennon is without a job currently after being sacked by Cypriot First Division side Omonia back in October following poor results in the league.
Chris Wilder now the outright favourite at 3/1 to take over at Pittodrie next
Chris Wilder was joint favourite alongside current interim Aberdeen manager Barry Robson earlier in the week but Wilder has since been installed as outright favourite.
Wilder is without a job since being sacked by Middlesbrough last year but a move to Aberdeen may appeal to him in the near future.
The latest odds say that there's a 25% chance of Wilder taking over at Pittodrie next with Robson just behind in the market with a 20% chance.

Aberdeen now 4/6 to finish in the Top 6 in the league this year
Aberdeen are currently sitting 7th in the Scottish Premiership table with bookies now making them 4/6 to finish in the Top 6.
The Dons were as short as 1/4 to finish in the Top 6 earlier in the week but their 3-1 defeat to St Mirren on Wednesday made them drift out in the betting.
The latest odds see Aberdeen at 250/1 to finish bottom of the league this season with a further free-fall not expected to happen despite their poor form.
