Brighton forward Evan Ferguson is now just 9/4 to join West Ham this January transfer window with reports suggesting that interest is ramping up for the striker in the remaining days of the market being open.
The 20-year-old striker has been injured for large parts of the season and it's unclear if his current ankle injury will be recovered before the window slams shut on February 3.
Despite that though his current club Brighton are reportedly open minded about letting the striker leave on loan for the remainder of the season with Danny Welbeck and Joao Pedro performing well.
Bookmakers now put the Hammers as favourites to sign Ferguson this window with their recent ÂŁ57m bid for Aston Villa's Jhon Duran quickly rejected.
