Related Contingency
Older bettors will remember “related contingency” this is when the bookmakers would not allow certain bets that were “related”.
A win double on:

Request a Bet grew alongside Social Media, with bettors realising they could contact bookies on twitter and facebook.
The bookies encouraged us to request odds on a variety of events and came back to us with prices.
These requests were passed onto the odds compilers and a price supplied.
A tweet would then be sent to the bettor. You can still do this with lots of twitter bookies.
However, the bookmakers started adding their own tailor-made multiples and adding those directly to their sites. So you can now see scores of request a bet odds daily.
