As the title says, I find great odds, and some decent promotions, but the UI just feels a little old and slow. If you arent bothered by the UX and just want to bet on some racing, you really cant go wrong here.

“Behind on Customer Care Online”
I do enjoy going into a Coral on the high street but when it comes to their offers being based around having a Connect Card that is a let down. Their website is too slow compared to others and could possibly do with a revamp. I have experienced simple issues when trying to get a problem sorted through live chat, emailing customer care etc so that really needs to improve but maybe the Ladbrokes Coral partnership has meant it’s all the one now so if that’s the case that is where they need to improve together the most.
