A competitive affair with Alan King's Charisma Cat carrying top weight but could still be competitive. Has finished first or second in all her hurdle races so far and can test the judge again here.

Strong Run finished very strongly at this track behind Jackie Hobbs in November over 2 miles. That mare franked the form when running a blinder in 5th at Cheltenham in the Mares' Novice Hurdle last week. The step up to 2.5 miles will surely suit, and she can go very close to winning this race.

Gets a pretty big 13 lb weight pull with Indannya for a close-up defeat, with that horse being a similar price here. Whilst neither heads the market, it does suggest this one is on the overpriced side anyway. Her sole win came on good ground, so drying ground should hold no fears. This is only her third time up for the season. She could have taken a sizeable leap forward after nearly three months off the track. Notably, her sole win came off a similar sort of break last year. Bowen knows her well, being 3/4 a place on her, and her best efforts have come going this way round (left).

The trainer has had two winners and a place in her six runners since Cheltenham. She looks to have found a good opportunity for this one. Cobden is booked for the first time since he got the mare up for a short-head win from a 127-rated horse, which easily won its next race. This horse has also had the same prep race as last year's winner (she was placed but was nearer the winner than last year's winner of this race was in the same prep). She clearly prefers good or good-to-soft much better than soft ground, and she should go close here.

Just three for the unexposed 6yo mare. She was a 4L novice hurdle winner on her second start. She was a very close 2nd of 16 last time out in a novice hurdle, while carrying a penalty. The winner that day ran a big race at the festival, finishing a close 5th of 22 runners. Top jockey Ben Jones in the saddle and a handy opening handicap mark.

Queenofthejukebox looks good value at 20-1 for at least a place from near the bottom of the handicap off a mark of 104, with Sean Bowen booked to ride.

Trinity Street is closely matched handicap-wise with a couple of better-fancied rivals, but is a much bigger price. She has likely been aimed at this all season and can give a good account of herself.
