Oscar's Sister, lightly raced for her age, goes to a course where past performances suggest she could go well with the right setup into the race. Very weak affair, and I think this one should win tomorrow.

Winning favourite here in mid-June despite having to take the race late after hitting traffic multiple times. Keeps a similar draw, retains jockey, and has gone up by only 2lbs for that victory.

Beltane has been placed four times since the return in April and is still falling down the weights. Although not winning for a long time, when he did last win, it was here and worth an EW.

Went third towards the finish over a mile at Pontefract on Monday, turned round quickly for this, remains on the same mark and likely to appreciate this slight drop in trip with an expected fast pace.

Sunny Orange has won 2 and placed 8 times from 32 starts. One of the 2 wins was a course and distance win in June 2024. Well drawn in 3. Each way chance.

The stable has had a couple of winners these past few days. Comes here from a falling mark on the first run for 8 months. Ran much better than the bare result on his sole turf outing last year off 63, so is worth backing each way off 57 here.

Rum Runner is a 10-year-old gelding trained by Geoffrey Harker and is getting a bit old in the tooth. He is 6/59 wins on turf and last won off 46 under Connor Beasley and runs today off 43 with William Pyle, 3lb, after a promising reappearance over CD latest. He seems to like right-handed tracks with a stiff uphill finish, winning twice at Sandown over 7f, and Beverley has a similar profile. Harker has been amongst the winners of late too, with his last two runners finishing 2-1, with Rhythm Master getting collared close home by the progressive Castle Stuart and Travis winning at 17-2. So with the stable hitting form, it could be a good time to catch this grand old gelding at a very appealing 22-1. He is also a four-time winner on good to firm ground, so expect a late withering run late on in proceedings under William Pyle.

Has a good record in July - 1 win and 4 placed from 5 starts, including a win over C/D last year. It is the top speed-rated horse in the lineup and joint top-rated in some quarters. Plus, it's its trainer (showing a £107 profit when only having one runner on the card) and jockey's only runner of the day. Carries its lowest Class 6 weight for 2 years and may well have what it takes to come home in front today at big odds (28/1 best price).
