Been off the track for nearly a year and has been gelded during the break. Second start in a handicap here after running well in a classy handicap at York last time. Yard has a good record with first time geldings and if it brings about a little improvement he's potentially a well handicapped runner.

Last time out was seaonal reappearance and ran 2nd in the Rosebery Handicap at Kempton. Has previously ran well in Group company without getting on the scoreboard and has placed in a Listed race at Newmarket in Spring 2023. Has race conditions to suit and notable jockey booking.

looks to be all about City of Troy and the each way value to take him on is pretty limited. Haatem maybe has too many races under his belt but comfortably winning last month's Craven makes him quite interesting. There was lots to put right from that victory too and if he comes on for the run then he should be competitive here.
