If you land 3, 4 or 5 Sack of Gold Coins Bonus Scatters, you will trigger the Dead Man’s Gold Bonus Spins feature for 3, 4 or 5 spins respectively. Played on a 5x5 grid, only coins will land: if a coin lands, the spins count remains intact.

The Dead Men Walking slot has a lot going on. With death featuring heavily, the base game revolves around 3 base game features. They involve xWays for more ways to win, Infectious Wilds that transform symbols into wilds and split symbols. Pretty standard so far.

xNudge Wilds also appear in various NLC slots such as Tombstone Slaughter and Brute Force Alien Onslaught, amongst others. However, xNudge Wilds perform differently. When expanded, trigger the Dead Man’s March – they shift left with the multiplier increasing each time. If multiple xNudge Wilds appear, the xNudge Wild reaching the leftmost reel will see its multiplier transferred to the nearest xNudge Wild for bigger potential wins.

Then you have the 2 Hold ‘n Win features where coins land. It is important to note than coins are only collected when aligning vertically or horizontally. Also, the spins counter doesn’t reset fully unless the King’s Grace Coin lands. That said, when coins are collected are awarded, they disappear from the grid: this allows for more coins to land to hopefully allow for more coins to land. In the standard version, feature coins are triggered when collected: in the Reaper’s Gold version, they always trigger.

Using well-known mechanics, Nolimit City has put a fresh twist on the xNudge Wilds in the Dead Men Walking slot.
