With hundreds of different betting sites, finding the best can be confusing. I'll guide you through and find the most suitable bookie for you.
It's that time again when we post our weekly roundup, keeping abreast of the main changes available from UK betting sites. Here is where we let you know if there have been any new offers, promos, or launches that you need to know about. There are FA Cup semi-finals this week, we're in the middle of the NFL Draft, and our news series, examining the UK betting industry, keeps ticking over.

Content Updates
There have been no new bookies reviewed this week, but there are two significant changes to sportsbooks that punters should be aware of.
Firstly, the good news, and that's the return of Bet442. The popular bookie was out of action for a few months, but has returned under the stewardship of Betable, having previously been part of the Aspire Global stable. They've come back with a Bet £20 Get £20 welcome offer, and while the design of the site and app is slightly different, it's still the same product. That said, we'll be keeping our eye on it over the next few weeks to see if any changes in the product itself change.
The opposite of the Bet442 news is the closure of NRG.bet. Having launched in 2021, the relatively small, but punchy, sportsbook has made the decision to close from May 20th of this year. If you have an account with them, please ensure that you withdraw any funds before that date, as the platform will no longer be accessible afterwards. You can also reach out to them directly (at cs@nrg.bet) if you have any questions.
Our news series continues to examine trends in the UK sports betting industry. This week's two pieces, which have gone live, are:
Are Mid-Tier Bookmakers Gaining Ground in 2026?
Are New Betting Sites Successfully Challenging Established Brands?
What's Happening Next Week
Next week sees the continuation of the 2026 World Snooker Championships, as well as the semi-finals of the Champions League. We're also a day into the NFL Draft and, in preparation for that, I've gone through our NFL data to make sure you know which of the Best NFL Betting Sites are the go-to options for draft markets.
