Raye now odds-on favourite to perform the next James Bond theme
After a stunning performance at the Oscars on Sunday evening, British singer Raye has now been backed into 4/6 with bookmakers to perform the next James Bond theme song.
Raye was part of a trio of singers along with BLACKPINK's Lisa and Doja Cat to perform a tribute to the Bond franchise with their own covers of classic themes.
The tribute was rounded off by Raye performing Adele's classic theme "Skyfall" from the 2021 move of the same name with the original winning the Oscar for Best Original Song.
Paddy Power instantly slashed the odds of a Raye Bond theme next with the latest market now giving an implied probability of 60% that she gets the iconic role.
Before the Oscars on Sunday, Raye told ITV's reporters that she "loves the Bond franchise and Bond songs and it would be an honour" for her to do the theme.
