Graham Potter is the 5/1 favourite to take over as England manager after Gareth Southgate

The end of the club football season sees a round of International football and it's no different this time round with England facing Malta on Friday evening.

With these games brings new speculation around Gareth Southgate's reign as England manager with bookies always giving odds on who will replace him in the top job.

Former Chelsea and Brighton manager Graham Potter is the 5/1 favourite to replace Southgate as England manager next with a whole host of big names in the market.

Brendan Rodgers and Mauricio Pochettino wrap up the top three in the betting but those two are either newly into their current job or set to enter a new job.

Brendan Rodgers second favourite in the market

Brendan Rodgers is the outright second favourite in the betting market to be next England manager but he looks likely to take over at Celtic in the next few days.

His odds to rejoin Celtic are now as short as 1/14 with the move looking all but done and this may see him stay at the club for at least a few years.

Last time Rodgers was at Celtic he left in controversial fashion halfway through the season and this caused a lack of trust from Celtic fans towards the manager.

The Northern Irishman has a big task on his hands now to win over some of those fans in his second reign at Celtic Park.

England 5/1 to win the 2024 Euros just behind France in the market

Betting is already available for Euro 2024 and it's France who are the betting favourites to win the tournament ahead of England.

William Hill put France as 9/2 in the market and England are just behind them at 5/1 with fans and pundits expecting a big tournament for the country.

France of course reached the World Cup Final back in December and lost on penalties in a game which really put Kylian Mbappe past wonder-kid territory into superstar.

Euro 2024 Winner Odds Probability
France 9/2 18.2%
England 5/1 16.7%
Germany 6/1 14.3%
Spain 8/1 11.1%
