Luke Humphries heads into the Grand Slam of Darts as the betting favourite
The 2024 Grand Slam of Darts starts this weekend and defending champion Luke Humphries heads into the event as the betting favourite to win the title once again this year.
Humphries defeated Rob Cross 16-8 in last year's final and he tops the latest market with UK Betting Sites at 11/4 to win the tournament once again in 2024.
The World Number One has continued to be consistent throughout the year and he'll be looking for another strong performance to win another title.

Grand Slam of Darts sees a Group Stage format
The Grand Slam of Darts format sees 32 players enter into eight groups of four with the Top 8 players in PDC’s Order of Merit seeded so they can't face each other in the group stage.
Each player in the group plays each other in a best-of-nine-legs format with the top two in each group qualifying for the Second Round knockout stage bracket.
This is where the tournament starts to get really interesting with some of the biggest names in Darts coming up against each other with the Final a Best of 31 Legs format.
