What is great about Jackpot City Casino
The best thing about Jackpot City Casino is the variety in games. Bingo aside (more of which we'll discuss later) they have got pretty much everything covered and it's great to see some more esoteric options there. The other thing that I really enjoyed is the My Favourites section, and the ability to choose specific games as my favourites, with them stored and saved in their own home of the site, making them super easy to find again.
What is not great about Jackpot City Casino
The downside to Jackpot City Casino is the lack of bingo options, or virtual sports. The latter is a bit more niche, so maybe not that surprising that there are no options averrable. The lack of bingo feels like a bigger miss, however, and considering their section of games generally is so good, it seems odd not to have at least something.
Jackpot City Casino Promotions
As mentioned above, the Jackpot City Casino welcome bonus is 100 free spins. These are to be used on Gold Blitz, with winnings paid as cash and the offer is for new UK customers only. The free spins will be awarded as soon as players stake £20 on a game within the “Jackpots” tab. The spin value is 10p and there are no wagering requirements.

To open an account at Jackpot City is very easy indeed. Navigation and User Experience

I’m mightily impressed with Jackpot City. At first glance it appears to be a good, solid casino with plenty of variety in the games that they have in their library, then bit by bit, as you explore the site you see that there are all these little features that are essentially unnecessary (lots of casinos don’t do the same) but that really add to the user experience. I’ve mentioned these in the main part of the review, but include the My Favourites, the developer logo on game tiles and the ease in getting to customer support.
It’s great to see some games that other casinos simply don’t have. It would be very easy to ignore games such as sic bo, but having that, as well as fan tan and back bo just shows a willingness to go that extra bit.
It’s obvious that Jackpot City has been around for a while, because what they’ve launched in the UK is a fully fledged product with zero teething problems. There’s no app, but the mobile version works just as well as the desktop version. All in all, there’s plenty to like about Jackpot City Casino
