What’s Not Great About The Vic?

If I’m nitpicking, I could mention that I’d prefer the live chat to be available 24/7. However, this isn’t a major issue since the email channel is always accessible.

The game collection is somewhat limited, but honestly, I didn’t notice any significant gaps and found everything I was looking for.
