This LeoVegas review was conducted across the desktop and mobile versions of the site, as well as downloading the LeoVegas app.

The first impression here could go one of two ways – some people will love the simplicity, some will think the site looks pretty basic and dated. It certainly has fewer bells and whistles than other LeoVegas casinos, but I don’t think that’s a bad thing. What players are presented with is a number of game tiles on a white background – it’s getting straight down to business.

What is great about LeoVegas

The design of the site probably does LeoVegas a little bit of a disservice, because there is actually a lot going on here – despite its simplicity – and most of it is good. Firstly, the games. There are thousands of them, from Pragmatic, NetEnt, Evolution, Play’n GO, Red Tiger, Real Dealer – you name it, it’s here. In addition to that, however, is how easy it is to find exactly what you want. Search by game, by theme, by game type, or by provider and you’ll land precisely where you want to. 

This really is a well-put together site, with so much to shout about, but one last thing to mention. LeoVegas has exclusive games – housed in LeoVegas Originals – and these are games that you can only play here and are exclusive to LeoVegas.

What is not great about LeoVegas

Some people will think the site design is boring. I don’t, I think it’s simple and functional and does everything that I want it to do, but if you want some wit and humour to the graphics and design this will leave you a little flat.

LeoVegas Promotions

LeoVegas has built a reputation as somewhere to come for promotions when playing at online casinos, especially with other big names not providing a huge amount. At the time of review there are a number of different types of promotion (all available to view from their dedicated promotions page), and these include the likes of Weekend Offers to earn extra cash, huge jackpots, weekly free spins and competitions run through their social media to win hundreds of extra free spins. LeoVegas Slots

Slots is a real strongpoint from LeoVegas, with a huge library of games that is constantly updated, and features games from the biggest names in the business. LeoVegas split their slot games into Top Games, Newest Games, Slots, Classic Slots and Jackpots, and all in all they number at around 1,000.

Head to any game and you’ll find a huge amount of information on the game. This includes special features, explanations, FAQs, plus a list of similar games and more games from the same provider. It’s a brilliant display of time and effort that’s been put into it and something that shows players that they care. Users don’t even have to be registered or logged in to access this information. 

LeoVegas Progressive Jackpots

LeoVegas has daily jackpot slots, including progressive jackpots, with some big prizes available to be won, through their Jackpot section – here you’ll find progressive and fixed jackpots. The progressive jackpots rack up huge sums and players can find those on titles like Mega Moolah and Mega Fortune Dreams.

Red Tiger provide LeoVegas’ Super Jackpots, with the total being added to every time someone plays, include a number of different games and can offer prizes of up to 5000x your stake.

LeoVegas Live Dealer

LeoVegas’ live dealer games catalogue is so good – genuinely one of the best that you’ll find across any UK online casino. Head to the Live Casino part of the site and you’ll see everything neatly categorised into different sections. There are the usual homes for blackjack, roulette and game shows, but players will also see Live LeoJackpots, VIP, Baccarat and more. There is also a hero section for a Spotlight game, one that the casino is promoting at the time. All the live dealer games have a live chat function so that you can interact with the presenters of the game.

LeoVegas Live Studio Games

There is a brilliant live studio games section here, with plenty of options. There’s obviously Gonzo’s Treasure Hunt, as with most online casinos, but players can also play the likes of Dream Catcher, Lightning Dice, Deal Or No Deal and Crazy Time. But it’s the live offering that is really impressive. LeoVegas Roulette

It’s a similar story for roulette as it is with blackjack, in that there is a huge selection of live games, and then a small smattering of standard versions. It’s a clear conscious decision from LeoVegas to put more effort into their live offerings for table games, which makes sense to me, as that’s where there is more excitement generally. There are 20 standard games on top of nearly 80 live roulette games and the same providers are used as their blackjack games, although there are some Real Dealer games here, also.

LeoVegas Poker

Within the Live Casino party of the site you’ll find live poker to play, all of which have cash prizes on offer. These are played in real time with a live dealer and include five-card stud and three-card poker. As with the other games, there is a huge amount of additional information provided on LeoVegas’ poker page, as it features strategy tips, FAQs, how the game works and details on the different types of poker. There are 13 different poker games here, and all of them come from either Evolution or Playtech.

LeoVegas Slingo

This is a good Slingo games library here. With Slingo becoming more and more popular it’s great to see a proper section here at LeoVegas, with a few different options available. Players can choose between titles all provided by Slingo Originals including Wheely Wheely Big Win, Bar-X Colossal, Slingo Ante Up and Slingo Stampede.

LeoVegas Scratchcards

The scratchcard selection is pretty good from LeoVegas, with a dedicated scratchcard area of the casino and pages and pages of different games to play. Some casinos make scratchcard games tricky to find, but this is given a proper place and home, with a few particular games highlighted. All the games here are from Hacksaw, as expected, and include Scratchy Mini, Cash Scratch, Snow Scratcher and The Perfect Scratch.

LeoVegas Bingo

The good news is that LeoVegas has a full, dedicated bingo section. Whether players prefer traditional 90-ball bingo, or the bingo jackpots, there is a really good selection here. LeoVegas has online bingo rooms providing traditional style bingo games, with 75-ball games as well as 90. Most of these games are 25p per paly, and you can pre-buy, but there is also Leo’s Legs, a 5p per play 80-ball bingo room.
