BetDaq Casino First Impression

During this review I played on the desktop and mobile versions of BetDaq Casino, as well as their app.

BetDaq operates a sportsbook, an exchange and casino. The name suggests that this is betting first, casino later, but it’s incredibly easy to land on the casino section. The exchange has a separate app, but you can access the casino from the BetDaq Sportsbook app. It’s not the most intuitive start, but once you’re there things all start feeling quite familiar.

What is great about BetDaq Casino

One of the big draws about BetDaq Casino is their live studio and live dealer games. They have over 30 of each, and having this supplemented by slot games, plus other table games and virtual sports provides a great selection to users, but it’s the live offering in their library that really stands out.

What is not great about BetDaq Casino

While the selection of games is good, there are some gaps in their library. There are no progressive jackpots for a start, which is disappointing – even just having a couple would be enough. On top of that there are also no slingo, bingo or scratchcard games either.

From my time at the casino, however, that was the only casino-based promotion I could find. Within standard and live versions, BetDay Casino’s selection is pretty good all round. There is Live Roulette and Live Quantum Roulette, plus Lightning, European and American versions of the game, also. With real live dealers controlling the game via a real wheel, the rules of live roulette follow that of traditional roulette you would play in a casino, while the big difference between the classic roulette and American roulette, is that the latter has 38 pockets rather than 37 as it has an extra double zero pocket.

It’s difficult to escape the fact that BetDaq is a sportsbook first. The majority of their branding, and how they position themselves within the market, not to mention their actual name, suggest so. There are plenty of sportsbooks who have launched casinos with varying degrees of success, and on the whole BetDaq gets it right. 

The lack of promotions is disappointing. After that, however, the offering gets better and better. Bingo and scratchcards aside, the offering of games is really good. There aren’t as many slots as many other casinos, but there’s enough, and the live dealer library is brilliant.

Lastly, and this goes back to BetDaq mentality, the customer service (on webchat, phone or social media) is top-drawer. Once signing up I think regular players will end up loving BetDaq Casino.
