BetDaq Casino First Impression

During this review I played on the desktop and mobile versions of BetDaq Casino, as well as their app.

BetDaq operates a sportsbook, an exchange and casino. The name suggests that this is betting first, casino later, but it’s incredibly easy to land on the casino section. The exchange has a separate app, but you can access the casino from the BetDaq Sportsbook app. It’s not the most intuitive start, but once you’re there things all start feeling quite familiar.

What is great about BetDaq Casino

One of the big draws about BetDaq Casino is their live studio and live dealer games. They have over 30 of each, and having this supplemented by slot games, plus other table games and virtual sports provides a great selection to users, but it’s the live offering in their library that really stands out.

What is not great about BetDaq Casino

While the selection of games is good, there are some gaps in their library. There are no progressive jackpots for a start, which is disappointing – even just having a couple would be enough. On top of that there are also no slingo, bingo or scratchcard games either.

BetDaq Casino Promotions

As mentioned above, there is a BetDaq Casino welcome offer. This focuses on free spins once new customers stake their money. From my time at the casino, however, that was the only casino-based promotion I could find. There are some sportsbook and the exchange, but for the casino specifically, there is nothing for regular users.

BetDaq Casino doesn’t have the biggest slots library,, but the selection is good. It’s not uncommon for casinos in the UK to have hundreds of different slot games, if not thousands, and here there are around 300 games. BetDaq Casino’s live dealer games number at a little more than 30. This collection is made of roulette and blackjack. Live roulette games can include live roulette, live quantum roulette and lightning roulette, as well as European roulette and American Roulette, while the live versions of blackjack include VIP blackjack. 

Live Studio Games

BetDaq Casino’s live studio game selection includes two football-based studio games.

There are Football Studio Dice and Fotball Studio – both great options.

The games are powered by industry giants Evolution Gaming.

Blackjack

There are loads of different blackjack games at BetDaq Casino, fans of the game have got a great selection. As well as live versions of the game (mentioned above). While blackjack and live blackjack are both there for any signed up member, BetDaq Casino also has their VIP blackjack reserved for their VIPs. Members can opt in and access different benefits, and when it comes to black jack that means bigger bets allowed, no waiting times and quicker gameplay, among others.

Within standard and live versions, BetDay Casino’s selection is pretty good all round. There is Live Roulette and Live Quantum Roulette, plus Lightning, European and American versions of the game, also. With real live dealers controlling the game via a real wheel, the rules of live roulette follow that of traditional roulette you would play in a casino, while the big difference between the classic roulette and American roulette, is that the latter has 38 pockets rather than 37 as it has an extra double zero pocket.

BetDaq Casino has a great virtual sports menu, found in its sportsbook. There is a constant selection, all starting at different times meaning that there should always be something about to start soon. Sports include horse racing, greyhounds, football, speedway, motor racing and cycling.

To open an account at BetDaq Casino is really simple. Split into three basic steps, you’ll first be asked to put in your email and password, then your personal details, before finally selecting whether you want to turn on some responsible gambling limits – a deposit limit and reality check.

The lack of promotions is disappointing. After that, however, the offering gets better and better. Bingo and scratchcards aside, the offering of games is really good. There aren’t as many slots as many other casinos, but there’s enough, and the live dealer library is brilliant.

Lastly, and this goes back to BetDaq mentality, the customer service (on webchat, phone or social media) is top-drawer. Once signing up I think regular players will end up loving BetDaq Casino.
