Self Esteem is now favourite to win the Mercury Music Prize Award with bookies making her just 11/10 to win the award.

The second album from singer Rebecca Lucy Taylor, known by her stage name Self Esteem, has received critical acclaim.

William Hill have made Self Esteem 11/10 favourite after her odds have continued to tumble in recent weeks.

Little Simz was favourite but is now out to 11/4

Little Simz is now out to 11/4 win the Mercury Music Prize Award with her fourth album 'Sometimes I Might Be Introvert'.

The rapper's last album was also nominated for the Mercury Prize and her latest record has had massive amounts of success already.

Little Simz has long been favourite to win the award but in the last week we've seen Self Esteem go ahead in the betting odds.

The Mercury Music Prize Award show will take place on the 8th September 2022 at the Eventim Apollo.
