Former Prime Minister Boris Johnson is now as short as 5/1 to enter I'm A Celebrity later this year
Boris Johnson's odds to be a contestant on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! have been dramatically slashed with bookmakers now putting him at 5/1 to head into the jungle.
Johnson resigned as an MP back in June after the report over whether he misled Parliament over lockdown parties at Downing Street was released.
The former Prime Minister could follow in the footsteps of Matt Hancock and go into the I'm A Celeb jungle later this year with the line-up expected to be announced in the coming months.
Betting odds for Johnson to make an appearance are seemingly shortening week-by-week with his odds trickling down to just 5/1 now to head Down Under.

Horse Racing jockey Frankie Dettori still a short price to be a contestant on the hit ITV show
Frankie Dettori has been one of the main favourites to go on I'm A Celeb this year and that hasn't changed with his odds staying at 1/3 go head Down Under.
Dettori is set to retire from Horse Racing and has announced that he will put his retirement back with a race planned on December 10th at the Hong Kong International race meeting.
His racing calendar is expected to see a ride at the Melbourne Cup on November 7 which would leave him in Australia around the same time that the show is recorded.

ITV Presenter Josie Gibson saw her odds cut after reports that she will be heading Down Under for the show
Big Brother winner turned This Morning Presenter Josie Gibson has now moved into 1/3 to enter the Australian jungle this year with bookies slashing her odds to star.
The Sun reported back in July that ITV had fought off a rival bid from the BBC for Gibson to appear on Strictly Come Dancing and she will now appear on I'm A Celeb.
The latest betting odds of 1/3 suggest that there's a 75% chance of Gibson starring on the show and if that Sun report is to be believed it looks likely that it will happen.
Gibson is a popular television personality and that may provide more of a reason for her being on I'm A Celebrity as viewers will enjoy her being in the jungle.
