  • Over/Under line for Haaland’s goals this season is set at 36.5, with 11/10 offered on the Over.
  • Haaland is 1/12 favourite to win the 2025/26 Premier League Golden Boot.
  • He also leads the market for PFA Player of the Year at 11/8, ahead of Arsenal’s Gabriel and Saka.

Bookies Set Goal Line At 36.5 For Premier League Striker

Erling Haaland is on course to break his own Premier League goalscoring record and UK betting sites are reacting accordingly.

The Norwegian star has already bagged 14 goals in just 11 league games this season, prompting bet365 to set a goals line of 36.5 for the 2025/26 campaign.

After smashing in 36 goals during his debut season in 2022/23, Haaland now sits just 11/10 to score 37 or more in the current campaign, which would officially break his own record and push him into new Premier League history books.

The latest market suggests a 47.6% probability that he does just that and fires his way into Ballon d'Or contention.

Can Haaland Break His Own Record?

Haaland’s 2022/23 record of 36 Premier League goals was seen as near-unreachable in modern football but just over a quarter of the way through this season, he's ahead of schedule.

If he maintains his current strike rate (1.27 goals per game), Haaland would end the season with 48 goals, smashing through the 36.5 line.

However, injuries and rotation during the latter stages of the season could make the Under 36.5 at 4/6 a value play for cautious bettors.

Haaland is also the early frontrunner for the PFA Player of the Year at 11/8, ahead of Gabriel Magalhães (6/1) and Bukayo Saka (9/1).

If City secure another title and Haaland breaks the goalscoring record again, voters will find it hard to look past him.

But Arsenal’s rise, with Gabriel anchoring the league’s best defence. may complicate things especially if the Gunners win silverware this season.

What the expert says...
Haaland’s already done the unthinkable once and now he looks like he could do it again. 37 is a big number, but if he stays fit through the winter, Over backers will be quietly confident.
