Former Love Islander Chris Hughes leads the potential contestants for this year's Celebrity Big Brother

OLBG are looking at the contenders to appear in this year’s Celebrity Big Brother with the first announcements set to be revealed in the coming weeks.

Celebrity Big Brother returned to screens last year with ITV taking over the show for the first time and the network has also shown two civilian series of the hit reality show.

Now attention turns to the Celebrity edition and it’s Love Island star Chris Hughes that leads the early market to head into the famous house this year.

Some massive household names feature in the market to head into the show including Chucklevision star Paul Chuckle who would be one of the oldest housemates at the age of 77.

Rebekah Vardy follows behind in the betting market to appear on the show

Rebekah Vardy is the second favourite to appear on Celebrity Big Brother with the latest odds putting her just behind Chris Hughes to make this show the latest reality series she has appeared on.

TV bosses will potentially look to Vardy for this year’s show to reveal all about her Wagatha Christie trial with Coleen Rooney after Rooney appeared on I’m A Celebrity back at the end of 2024.

Rooney spoke of the trial with Vardy and gave her side of the story and it’s thought that Rebekah heading into Celebrity Big Brother will help her tell her side to the public.
