Frankie Dettori remains the favourite to win this year's Sports Personality of the Year award
Horse Racing jockey Frankie Dettori is the heavy favourite with UK Betting Sites to win this year's Sports Personality of the Year award in his final year before retirement.
Dettori announced that the will be retiring at the end of the Horse Racing season later this year and this will be the last year he can win the award if he does retire.
The Italian has won big races already this season and wrapping it up in the next few months with further wins may seal the deal for him in the SPOTY market.
