Title Role beat Paciific Avenue by a length into 2nd place at Meydan in February but that was Title Roles third run at Meydan whilst Pacific Avenue was coming off a 140 day break and he has since run with credit finishing 3rd in the Irish 2000 Guineas and could get his first win since Newmarket at the start of his two year old career.

West End Kid looks like the horse to beat in this competitive Grade I turf event. He has shown a strong finishing kick, is proven against quality company, and enters in sharp form. In a field featuring several international challengers and improving runners, his combination of tactical speed and reliable late acceleration gives him a slight edge over the final furlong.

I fancy this race could well be set up for Touch of Fire. There will be a fast pace, and he will love to come off that pace in this race.

Although there is slight concern about the overall form of Miguel Clement's barn, his New York string hasn't been running that far below expectations at all and at this price, Bottas is certainly worth chancing each way. This well bred son of Vekoma was all the rage leading into his debut here at The Spa last year and duly obliged before following up - despite a poor trip - in the G2 Pilgrim next time. A wide trip and everything else that comes with the Breeders Cup resulted in a dull end to his juvenile campaign, but his comeback run at three last time was very strong: despite conceding fitness all round and having no pace to run at, he closed well to finish just behind today's co-favourite West End Kid. With that run now under his belt, a stronger pace forecast and an extra 1/16 miles to work with, he should be capable of stepping forward and out running his odds under the last year's winning rider.
