Bullington Bry only ran his debut race in May this year and has had 9 outings altogether, which has given him experience. He came back from a break to run well at this track and has plenty of potential for improvement.

0-8 but has shown some ability. Best effort so far came when 2nd at Newcastle last time. Up a lb for that, so needs more, but should be capable of breaking his duck soon.

Big field here, but great chance off a low mark, returning here from a 113-day break to take third at Chelmsford at the end of last month. Changed yards prior and has had a gelding operation while still quite progressive.

The beaten favourite over a mile here last month and worth another look dropping back in trip to 7 furlongs.

Solid AW performer with 2 prior wins over this distance. TPS shows strong sustainability and a repeatable finishing kick. Likely to challenge if the pace is honest.

The furtherest they have been beaten in their last 6 Aw runs has been 5.75 lengths and that includes a class 5 handicap here @ Southwell. Is a C/D winner with a 23 percent course profile, very good jockey back up and shrewd local trainer is best here with his 4yo plus last 5 seasons, making current 10/1 very good Ew value in the race.

Cill Mocheallog hasn't won since his second start back in May last year but may have dropped to a competitive mark after finishing runner-up at Chelmsford last week. He wore blinkers for the first time there and, with them retained and off the same mark, he looks like a good EW bet with four places on offer.

Ardaddy returns 16 days after a solid 3rd and he loves this course and distance with a 100% win strike rate. Overall 14% win and a 29% place rate. Stall 9 is ideal to stalk with a good pace up front and with Stammers riding, he has the perfect speed for this 6f. His mark of 58 is a very fair shout off that C&D win and he should track the leaders and could actually be a win chance today, but each-way seems better value here.

Fistral Beach has been off colour of late, but the reduced handicap mark means she could bounce back and take advantage before too long. Four pounds lower than a peak run on Newcastle's Tapeta in September, she could improve and is backable at this price in case today’s the day.

This eight-year-old gelding is a course regular who looks primed to strike from a dangerous mark. While his recent form figures might look patchy, his latest effort on November 26th was a sign of a revival: he finished a close fifth over this course and distance (C&D), doing his best work at the finish. Crucially, he is now running off an Official Rating (OR) of 55. His last victory at this track came off a mark of 60, so he is now 5 lb lower than his last winning mark. This places him on a very attractive mark for a horse with his back-class. Track & Trip The return to this specific distance, combined with the drop in weights, sets up a perfect scenario for him to capitalize on his falling mark. It's also worth noting that this gelding comes into a bit of form at the end of the year, so I'm happy to have an each-way play at a big price.
