Should be suited by the drop in trip and ease in grade after racing over 7 furlongs in a Class 4 when last seen at Goodwood on the 7th of June. He is a former course-and-distance winner off a mark of 68 in January of this year and races off 67 here.

Denied a hat-trick when runner-up and a beaten favorite over 9 furlongs at Goodwood last time out. That was his third run in three weeks. He has every chance of bouncing back, racing much fresher following a four-week absence, and will welcome the likely fast pace dropping in trip.

The drop back to the minimum 5-furlong trip and the ease in grade to Class 3 should suit. This follows a race over 6 furlongs in a Class 2 when finishing 5th of 7 at Ripon last time out off a 2-pound higher mark, beaten 4.25 lengths.

Makes his fifth start for David O'Meara since joining his yard in April this year. Yet to trouble the judge in any of those races, but the first two were in Class 2 company and the latest in Class 3. Drops down to Class 4 here, carrying top weight, but should be staying on, dropping in trip.

Nine years old, carrying top weight and making his Class 6 debut. Last of seven over 7 furlongs at Chester in a Class 4 last time out. Could be suited by the drop in trip and ease in grade.

Possibly not suited by the soft ground when 4th of 14 and the beaten favourite over 6 furlongs at Ayr last time out. This faster ground will suit more and should be staying on, dropping in trip.

Going well 2 out but a bit short of room over Nottingham's extended mile and 4th of 10 last time out. Eased a pound in the handicap and could go well dropping in trip.

Would have needed the run following an eight-month absence when tenth of 11 over a mile at Salisbury on 23 May. He is a lightly raced 4-year-old with just five runs to his name, with a win and two seconds over this trip. He will be suited by the drop back to seven furlongs.
