Star Artist is trained by Hughie Morrison, who has a 22%+ strike rate in bumpers but has not had many runners in NH yet. As a 5-year-old, Star Artist has an age advantage over all but one of his rivals. Plus, he had a run in a bumper in March, running well. He should have learned a lot from that, and with Freddie Gingell also claiming 3 lbs, he has a decent chance.

Baseline ran in a novice hurdle over 2 years ago, not doing too badly, and hasn't been seen on the track since. So he must have had some sort of injury, you would think. His trainer has been doing well recently, and if anywhere near fit, could have an e/w chance.

Disguisedlimit tried to lead all the way on his hurdle debut and only faded two from home. He was beaten in the end by a couple of very decent prospects, and he should be fit as a flea now. This race looks a lot easier.

The Craftymaster is a little high in the weights now, but he has a great attitude and the will to win, which is worth a lot. Has won 7 times since joining Tony Carroll. Has to overcome a big weight and an out-of-form stable, but has plenty of grit.
