Miss Pretty won at Kempton on debut last Aug. She returned from the break in May in handicaps and showed improvement when second up and third off a 67 on turf. With a drop to 65 and back on the AW, I think that gives her an each-way 4-place chance.

Carwyn is not out of this and could bounce back. He's been below form at Chester lately, but he's still lightly raced. He has already shown me enough at 7f to 8f on good and heavy ground to say he isn't exposed yet. The step back to this more suitable setup could really help today. With Murphy's 7 lb claim and a trainer who can have him ready, he's not one to dismiss, I think.
