Was very disappointing at York (7f) on Good Ground in a Competitive Class 4 Handicap won by 'Frankies Dream' last month when finishing 19th of 22 but i think it's best to ignore that effort and could bounce back in this and has a very good chance on his earlier 4th of 12 to 'Mckenna' at Newcastle (7f 14yds) on the AW in a Class 4 Handicap earlier that month when only beaten 1 and 3/4 Lenghts and the 3rd horse home that day 'Oolong Poobong' has since gone on to finish an race at Ascot today.

Hyperchromatic in stall 7 runs for trainer Botti with Marco Ghiani riding. Career stats stand at 20 runs, 4 wins, 7 places giving a 20% win rate and 35% place rate. Handicap mark is 87 today, down from previous levels and in a good spot. He has 5 runs at this trip with 2 wins and 2 places (40% win rate, 40% place rate). On similar going, he has placed twice from 5 attempts but no wins. His class form is modest but includes a place. Last run was a 5 length defeat over 8f at Haydock, but dropping back in trip suits him and the ground is fine here. Stall 7 is decent and the pace looks good, making him a strong chance

Was well beaten over 1m 1f at Epsom in April when returning from six months off but wasn't beaten far when finishing second when dropped back to 1m at Chester six days ago. Was gelded prior to returning in April. Joe Bradnam's 7lb claim should come in useful. Should be involved at the finish.

Made a fair return at Lingfield over 7f following a 10 month absence and gelding op. That was his handicap debut and was never nearer than at the finish. Should strip fitter for that outing and can reward each way support.

Looks to be much more of a threat on turf so will welcome switch back to turf tomorrow and now lowest career mark but will need to improve, especially because going up in class.
