Verastile dual Turf/Aw performer, who ran very well in a Grp3 @ Newcastle Lto, coming 4/9 beaten 3 lengths. Only 2lb higher here in this class 2 handicap, is a winner over 7f so no problem with step back up in trip, good jockey up and shrewd trainer has only sent one horse here in last 5 seasons, making current 12/1 solid Ew value in the race.

Still unexposed with 2 wins from 5 on turf. Two runs this year for the 3yo filly, things not working out at Royal Ascot but her fitness should be fine now. She has plenty of ability and was only beaten around a length in an 11 runner Group 2 last summer - maybe not the best part of the track that day. She should be able to make her presence felt in handicap company.

Saariselka has bounce-back potential. Back in a lot calmer waters today over a trip which should suit this one's running style. If we get cover early, expect a strong finish from this one.
