1:15 Haydock Tips

Looks like this has been a typical Skelton plan for a race he hasn't won before. Travelled really well at Cheltenham and was unlucky in running. Better ground should suit and he will go really well.

The 5yo has three wins over hurdles. He's a previous C/D winner and was only beaten 6L at the Cheltenham Festival in a 23-runner Grade 3 handicap. He’s on a slightly lower mark now. His last run on good ground resulted in a win last autumn. He'll be fresh after a two-month break. He ticks all the right boxes.

Made U Blush is Dan Skelton's second string, but is lightly raced and carries a nice low weight. This consistent sort looks a solid each-way bet here.

I'm going with another Alan King horse in this one. Helnwein's been going consistently well but is hard to win with. Second in this race last year and no reason to think he won't go well again at decent odds.

Was 5th behind Indemnity on his last hurdle start but is 12 lb better off with that one. He showed his form with a good third on the flat last time out, with the 4th-placed horse coming out and winning. The stable are in good form. He will enjoy any drying ground and can run well with 5 places on offer.
